The DSB app offers a range of features to enhance your journey. From purchasing tickets and commuter cards to providing up-to-date traffic information and departure overviews, the DSB app has you covered.
With the app, you can easily buy tickets and make seat reservations, including commuter seat reservations. Additionally, you have the option to purchase DSB Orange and DSB Orange Fri tickets for added convenience.
Furthermore, the app allows you to conveniently buy and renew commuter cards and Øresund cards. If you work from home on certain weekdays, you can explore the Commute20 option. Moreover, if your Youthcard is issued by DSB, you can receive it directly in the app.
Whether as a guest or by creating a DSB Plus profile, you gain access to more products and services through the app. This includes the ability to transfer unused tickets and cards, as well as receive notifications about changes or delays in your journey. As an added bonus, you can earn points towards snacks for your journey.
In accordance with current rules, the app also allows for easy ticket and card refunds. Their support services are available every day from 7 AM to 8 PM.
